Bought a few more lightening soaps hoping to even out my skin. Unfortunately some parts of my skin that are darker than the rest don't want to respond to the gentle fade creams so I decided to try something stronger. I did use kojie san anti-aging kojic acid soap but it just burns my skin and I don't see much results. I also tried three bars of soap with gluta/kojic/papaya mix which I was hoping would bring promising results because it had so many great reviews but... it didn't fade my darker areas. All it did was lighten the areas on my skin that were already light :( I think its only good for those who have light skin but want it a bit lighter.
soooo I moved on...
 Idole Exfoliating Soap - 200g
♥ I bought these online. Huge bars of soap! and... they have a VERY strong smell that I can't even describe.
♥ I tried the first bar and it went well so far. It exfoliates really well. Better than I had expected. It may take a while before I see lightening results though. I just hope it helps with my skin discolorations instead of just making me look more pale.
Bio Claire Lightening Soap
♥ I picked this up in the beauty supply store because after going in and seeing that they didn't have the sure white serum I was looking for I just grabbed a nearby alternative.
♥ Later I did some research on it and came across a forum when people who had tried the soap had mixed reviews. Many said it lightens really fast but others said before you get to the lightening you have to go through skin rashes, stretch marks, breakouts etc. and I was like WTH?! Come to find out it causes skin sensitivity and FAST results because it has steroids in it.
UGH... Well I spent my money on this crap so I'm going to use it and it better work!
I'm just going to test it out on a small part of my body. If it doesn't cause and issues then I'll use it along with cocoa butter short-term.
♥ I also bought Carowhite *because it had so many great reviews on its FAST lightening* and.... well the Idole lightening cream was a last minute thing. I got it because I had dark spots I wanted to get rid of, but something that worked faster than ultra glow.
♥ Sadly I don't see any difference in my dark spots. Instead I decided to mix the Idole cream in with the Carowhite lotion and just use it as a lotion.
♥ The Carowhite seems to be working. I see more even smooth skin, BUT once again, not much difference in dark spots. I'll use it until it runs out, but I'll have to move on and try more things.
ahhh the search continues....
